composure magazine come clean green natural eco beauty for every day

Let’s be honest: Earth Day may have come and gone, but we should live cleaner and greener every day. Be nicer to yourself, as well as the earth, with natural, organic or eco-friendly beauty that’s one less thing to worry about. Read on for more detailed reviews.

Tone: One of my favorites from this issue, this all-natural hydrating toner is my go-to after my Clear + Brilliant laser treatments. (Frankly, it’s been my go-to the past few months, and I’ll now have to re-buy now that it’s empty.) One spritz and you’ll feel how hydrating this toner is, made of certified organic aloe, apple cider vinegar and herbs. Ecco Bella Vitamin Spray, $31, eccobella.com

Acne: From an organic skin care line dedicated to green practices (they even plant a tree for every product sold), this acne treatment showed a 42% reduction in oil production in a clinical study. Eminence Clear Skin Targeted Treatment, $65, buynaturalskincare.com

Mask: A unique compression lace mask, perfect for lifting and tightening the chin and jawline, that’s also naturally antimicrobial, reusable and biodegradable. And because it’s made of cotton, you can leave it on for as long as you like (unlike paper masks, where after a while, it starts sucking moisture from your skin). CEO Anita Sun is the genius behind this mask — read more about this line here. Dermovia Shapewear Facial Mask, $15, dermovia.com
